Three weeks ago, there were few things I considered as unnecessary as robot vacuum cleaners. Why buy such an expensive thing when you can easily do it yourself? I've since been completely converted! This robot vacuum cleaner picks up all the corners that I forget (or skip) and even crawls easily under furniture, making the entire cleaning area spick and span.
The accompanying app is user-friendly and connects to the device in no time. It took about 15 minutes from the moment I opened the box until it drove its first lap around the room. After an initial exploration, the vacuum cleaner scans the entire space, easily recognizing objects and different rooms. Do you change anything afterwards? No problem! It easily recognizes moved chairs and closed doors. It does sometimes want to run away with loose cables or shoelaces, but you can get rid of it in no time.
Of the five available levels, I actually always use the middle one. It sucks up all the stubborn dirt with this and your floor will shine again on the middle mopping level. Depending on the size of the home, the mop's water reservoir will last about three to four times.
If you remove the mop and only let it vacuum, it will also clean the carpets extra well. With the carpet function, it vacuums extra hard on carpets, so that all the dirt is sucked out. When you do have the mop underneath, it doesn't get on the carpets at all.
This robot vacuum cleaner is a really great device, which will mainly save you time. You can now spend valuable time that you would otherwise lose mopping and vacuuming on something else, and just let your vacuum cleaner work while you are out and about! The only downside that I have discovered is that the volume on the higher settings is quite high. It is not hearing damage, but it does not make reading a book on the couch any more enjoyable. All the more convenient that you can also operate it remotely and let it run when you are not there yourself!
