What do you consider energy-efficient products?
These are products with A+++ to B energy labels for most product types like washing machines and dishwashers. For some products like televisions and freezers, an energy label lower than B is also energy-efficient.
How long are my Energy Deals valid for?
You get access to Coolblue Energy Deals as long as you're a customer with us. We can change or add deals at any time.
Why can't I see the discount in my shopping cart?
First, double check if you're logged in. Then check whether you can see the discount during the payment step. You can see this thanks to the label with Coolblue Energy discount or at the bottom of your shopping cart. If you can't see it, contact our customer service.
Why don't all products have an A+++ energy label?
Not all products can get an A+++ energy label, because this differs per product type. An American fridge has a maximum C energy label, while a regular fridge has a maximum A energy label. We always choose the most energy-efficient products possible. That way, you can be sure you make an energy-efficient choice within the possibilities of that type of product.
What's the difference between a Coolblue Energy deal and the CoolblueCredit?
CoolblueCredit is a fixed amount you can freely spend on Coolblue.nl, while Coolblue Energy Deals are a special discount on around 350 energy-efficient products.
