Yes. The measures depend on who delivers your order and whether you've ordered installation services.
For small packages, the delivery driver will put the package at the door as soon as you open it and they will sign for the delivery. The delivery driver will ask you a question, so you can be sure that your order is delivered to you.
Large products with standard delivery
We deliver large products, such as washing machines and fridges, to just over the threshold of your house. We'll take your old product with us if it's ready at the doorstep of your house. Our delivery drivers wear face masks and will sign for the delivery themselves. We keep a distance of 1.5 meters and we ask you to do the same.
Large products with extra services
For some products, we offer extra installation services and we still carry those out. With extra safety measures, of course We'll explain what you can prepare for this in these videos:
Yes. If you choose delivery, your package will be delivered to your home.
We'll do everything we can to make our promise 'Ordered today, delivered tomorrow' happen. Due to the strict measures, the demand is larger than usual. This can delay some packages.
The delivery vans also fill up faster. As a result, it's not always possible to deliver your order tomorrow. When you place your order, you can see the available delivery times. Choose the one that suits you best.
If you order today before 23:59, your package will be delivered for free tomorrow. Even on Sundays. If you choose a different day, delivery is still free.
__ Standard delivery__ At the moment, we deliver products up to the threshold that gives access to your home. This can also be your back door, if it's accessible through your garden. In an apartment building, we mean your own front door. Is that not on the ground floor? We'll deliver up to the 4th floor if there are stairs. If your building has an elevator, we can reach any floor. We're happy to take your old product with us, if it's ready near the door.
Delivery with extra installation service We offer extra installation services for a number of white goods. For example, a connection service for washing machines and dryers and a build-in service for built-in dishwashers and fridges. We'll lift your product to the desired spot in the house (even if it's in the attic) and connect it there for you. We'll then take your old product with us from that same spot. You can add these services to your order on the page of your chosen product, if this service is available for that product. Unfortunately, not all installation services are available if it's busy.

Did you enter the correct delivery address? Make sure to check your postal code as well.
_3. Your mailbox
Did you receive a not-home notification? The package may have been delivered to your neighbors, or the delivery driver may have planned a new delivery moment.
Are you unsure where your package is?
Please wait a little longer. Usually, a delayed package arrives the next day. Did you not receive your package 5 days after your original delivery day? Please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. We'll find a solution together.
You can only change your order if you haven't received a shipping confirmation yet. Contact our Customer Service to adjust the name or address of your order.
Yes, that's possible on working days with Coolblue VandaagNog. If you order before 11:30, you'll receive your order the same evening between 17:30 and 22:00. You pay €4.99 for this service.
Coolblue VandaagNog® doesn't apply to the Wadden Islands and our largest products, such as washing machines and dryers. If delivery by appointment isn't available, we'll indicate this in your shopping cart.
You can also pick up a product today in the nearest store if it's in stock there. On the product page, you can see in which stores a product is in stock. Click on the button "Pickup in store". You can pay for it in the store.
That's an option for large products that our own delivery drivers deliver, such as washing machines, dryers, fridges, freezers, televisions, trampolines, and large fitness equipment. You can choose a 4-hour time slot when you order for a fee. You have the following options:
These time slots are subject to costs that vary from € 9 to € 39, depending on the chosen day and the chosen time slot. You can choose a time slot when placing your order, in the step after your shopping cart. Once your delivery has been scheduled, you can no longer change the time slot.
For all other products that PostNL delivers, you can choose standard delivery between 8:00 and 22:00 (between 11:00 and 19:00 on Sundays), or evening delivery between 18:00 and 22:00 (€ 0.99).
Wait a little longer. Your order will probably be delivered in several packages and one has been delayed at PostNL. You can check this at the bottom of your Track & Trace page on the PostNL website. There, you can see the status of all your packages.
