Where can I see my consumption?

Do you have a smart meter? You'll receive a savings report every month in My Coolblue Energy. Don't have a smart meter? We'll ask you to provide us with your meter readings and you can see the consumption of the previous year.

What's the monthly overview of your energy consumption?

With the monthly overview energy consumption, you can easily compare your current consumption to previous periods and the national average. Good to know: the costs in this report are your actual costs and may differ from your installment amount.

What will save me the most on my energy consumption?

We recommend that you first look at your gas consumption. On average, these costs are much higher than energy. For example, ensure that heat doesn't get lost in the winter by keeping your windows closed as much as possible. It also helps to consistently lower your heating by 1 degree. You'll earn back that thick sweater in no time.

Can I reduce my installment amount if I consume less monthly?

Of course! It's a waste to pay for the energy you don't consume. You can do this in My Coolblue Energy or contact our customer service for this.

On which products do I receive a discount?

As a Coolblue Energy customer, you get an exclusive discount on dozens of energy-efficient and energy-saving products, such as washing machines, dryers, fridges, smart thermostats, smart home lights, and smart plugs. The discount differs per product. Of course, you also get a discount on Coolblue solar panels and charging stations.

Is my roof suitable for solar panels?

On average, more than 90% of roofs are suitable. But of course, we always check this for you. We look at how old the roof is, the position of the roof, and where you live exactly. That's important because of the wind regions and incline. We then discuss your wishes, so we can design the best solar roof for you.
