It has exceeded my expectations how beautifully the loaves come out. I did not expect that a simple kneading knife could make a neat even structure. The bread is baked well with a nice even crust. Of course, the recipes must be followed exactly.
The device does not make much noise. You can of course hear the movement of the dough and the motor, but the specified 60dBA is very exaggerated in practice, I personally think. You really can't hear it outside the kitchen. The average microwave makes more noise. Almost us, the device usually runs at night and apart from the delicious fresh bread smell in the early morning, you don't notice anything.
Making bread yourself is a tough job, you need time, space and a good oven. A machine like this makes that a lot easier. The only thing that doesn't change is that you have to weigh all the ingredients exactly beforehand. It is no superfluous luxury to have two scales next to it: a regular one for the flour and a precision scale for, among other things, yeast. The filling trays for, among other things, yeast and nuts/fruits do not have a weighing/dosing function - that would certainly be a godsend for yeast.
The baking tin of the device does have a slightly different size than the usual size that you find at the bakery or supermarket. It is somewhat higher, wider and shorter than a "standard" loaf. It looks a bit like the size of half a "country bread" as you can find at the supermarket.
There are also programs for making sweet things such as cakes and fruit breads - haven't tried them yet. There is also a program available to use the machine purely as a kneading and proving machine. Handy for making pizza dough or braided bread, for example. The proofing of dough is certainly quite sensitive to temperature and humidity, and that goes better in a machine where that remains under control.
For anyone who wants to use bread mixes, please note that the yeast is supplied separately. Otherwise you cannot use the timer. I prefer to use individual ingredients. On the one hand, because we don't want unnecessary additives (allergies) and it is also cheaper if you bake almost every day. You don't have to buy a "special" flour either - quite a few are sold at insane prices at certain big grutters.
Although the basic description in the supplied manual will help you on your way, I think it is also good to look at the website below for a lot of information about bread baking, the ingredients and usage tips for bread machines:

Unfortunately I have not yet been able to measure the actual energy consumption for making 1 loaf of bread (program 1).
NB: the title/type on the Coolblue website states "Taupe", which must be "Grau" or "Grey". The model is stainless steel with dark gray color. Probably someone was not wearing their glasses when the title of the printed delivery note was retyped. â€
