The French Diamond Sabatier has been inspired by the Far East for the knives from the Riyouri series. The strong, high-alloy steel is ground in a razor-sharp Japanese sharpening angle. The Riyouri knives have a completely stainless steel design with a seamless finish, and are therefore particularly hygienic in use. The stainless steel handle also provides a firm grip with the anti-slip dimples. This Diamant Sabatier Riyouri Chef's knife is a real all-rounder is a small version.
