The Garmin Vivosmart 3 is subtle and simple in its design, barely noticeable and I like that. The rubber strap is also comfortable, often I barely feel it. In the beginning you are very busy with your performance, but after a while it becomes an extension of your arm and it is nice to check your results every now and then via the app. Very handy for counting steps and walking around or intensively.

I bought it mainly for the pedometer, the sleep function and stress level measurement. I am not so happy with the latter. In the beginning everything seemed normal, but after a month or two I continue to go orange for 24 hours, including during my sleep (while this used to be the period when I had 'Rest' or 'Low stress' - so colored blue ). For example, I get the impression that I haven't recovered from my stress peaks during the day since February, but this just can't be right, can it? No idea what this is about.
