We bought this one because our other one gave up life after 8 years. Samsung had a very good price and we are satisfied with our other Samsung washing machine. The first half year I was quite satisfied with the device. It cleans well and with some dexterity we get enough in it. The cutlery tray that can be placed on top is very handy. The layout is somewhat inconvenient, for example, because a plate rack can only work over the full length.
