  The delivery was surprisingly fast. The chair looks really good and feels comfortable despite the initial impression of having a hard seat. Don't expect a soft cushion, but this is not a bad thing, you can sit on this chair for hours with no pains or aches. Build quality is top and installing the chair is a breeze.
  On the negative side, the lumbar support is not adjustable. The chair comes with two pillows that looks and feels good, but they don't really help much. The good thing is that I didn't felt the need for adjusting the lumbar area, it's comfortable as it is without the extra pillows.

  delivery was, as usual, flawless, also taking the old chair with them. chair looks and feels good. the hard seat needs some getting used to (particularly as the old chair was much softer), but nothing terrible. arm rests are plasticky, could have been nicer at this price. the only real negative is that the two pillows (head and lumbar) are quite ugly and i wound up not using them at all.
