My previous devices were oneplus 1 and 3. With that I was already used to premium performance for an affordable price. However, I found the newest one to be too expensive and it took a while to find an alternative that didn't give me the feeling that I was going backwards. Luckily I found it with this Pocophone. When I unpacked it I felt that it was slightly thicker than my previous devices but once you turn it on and see the huge screen you get for it you quickly forget this. A fantastic screen, with a contrast that I honestly can hardly distinguish with the OLED screens I was used to, a better camera than I was used to, the latest processor and enough memory to never notice a hitch in any software. Previously I also used Nova launcher for extra possibilities to customize the UI, but with MiUI I don't need that. It works super smooth and is ultra adjustable. In my opinion, the standard brightness of the screen is a bit bright, but this was quickly resolved with an app. The only thing I miss is unlocking with "okay Google" but that is probably due to the android version.
