A grateful user of Canon cameras for many years after ever switching, this is the 3rd after a 60D and 7D mark II.

The beauty of the Canon EOS RP is that FF cameras come within the reach of the avid hobby photographer. Of course, the new RF mount has not yet been widely embraced, but the included EF-RF adapter means that you can still use all your old lenses. Weight is also rarely an obstacle!

If you know the Canon, then you can "drive" away with it in no time: no or few hidden things and that works very pleasantly. Naturally, the camera delivers beautiful pictures.

There is certainly a disadvantage in the design of the body: for large Dutch (male) hands, it seems a bit too short at the bottom. It is possible to work with and a grip (without extra battery power) is available to remedy this shortcoming.
