According to our Cooktop expert
The ETNA KI560ZT is a built-in induction cooktop with 4 cooking zones. It'll detect when you put a pan on a cooking zone. Once you remove the pan, the zone automatically switches off. You can easily set the temperature with the sensor buttons and the slider. Is dinner ready while not everyone's home yet? The Keep Warm function will make sure your dinner won't cool off. Do you have small children or animals walking on the countertop? The residual heat indicator will indicate whether the zone's still warm, so you'll know whether to keep an eye out.
Note: the required 5-pin Perilex connector is not included. Make sure to order it separately. The connector has to be connected to the cooktop by an electrician, because the connector of each outlet is different.

Have been using the hob for a month now, but for the price you pay I am not satisfied. The biggest stumbling block for me is the temperature control. You can set the position from 0 to 9, where from 7 a frequency control is applied and from 0 to 6 an on/off control. You can hear this, because up to and including position 6 you can turn it on and off and from position 7 you cannot; then it is more of a continuous sound.
What difference does this make? A lot of! Frequency control allows you to fine-tune the temperature. If you heat up a pan with setting 6, it still goes quite slowly. Even if you boil water on setting 6, the water will boil when it comes on and stop boiling when it pops out again (albeit briefly). At position 7, however, he is often much too hard again. This also applies if I put a large frying pan (28 cm, I don't think it is big, but for this thing that is big) or skillet. At position 7 it builds up too quickly. Not convenient! I've seen other hobs with this budget that have a finer control from position 4. Unfortunately, you only find out about this when you have the thing at home, because many websites do not include this.
Then the location of the control panel / design: a 28 cm frying pan will not fit properly on the cooking area that is close to the control panel, as the pan may go over the control panel. The control panel sometimes thinks that you are pressing a button if the pan is just on a button while you are cooking. Very annoying. So pay attention when you choose a plate and choose one where the control knobs are close together on this size hob!
Furthermore, the timer and boost function are a handy function, but not very distinctive compared to other hobs in this price segment. It is that I have already passed my 30 day return period, but otherwise I would have sent it back for sure.

A design that makes you happy. The appliance works properly and offers comfort when cooking. The plate is easy to operate and you cook efficiently, once you have found the right power under the right number.

good to cook with! The control buttons on the left are too close to the front cooking zone. I have to push aside a hot pan to operate the control for the back section. The 'control slider' (from 1 to 9) does not always respond well. A step higher or lower, then he quickly jumps to +2 instead of +1.
