I did not know this brand, but after some searching I saw almost only good experiences. We have also had a good experience so far. Bought this machine for my mother. It was important that the operation is not too complicated, and that worked out nicely. Furthermore, the machine had to be economical and quiet. Coolblue had unpacked the machine neatly and put it into operation. Due to corona they couldn't connect it which is understandable. However, we had a lot of problems removing the transport brackets! I've done this before with other washing machines, but it was impossible with this one. You have to loosen some long bolts at some point. Then there are plastic guides that you have to pull out, they are in a rubber. These were so stuck that the guide fell into the washing machine itself. Well great. I ended up taking the whole back plate off to get the dropped part out of the machine.
