I was lucky enough to test the vibration plate. And yes I was very suspicious. I exercise once a week in a group and everyone warned me that such a vibrating plate does not work. But I have to say: the pounds are coming off and my belly is really getting less fat and my cellulite is much less. Everything is related to everything, so healthier food will also be included for a large part, but I am very happy with my vibration plate.
Assembling is relatively easy but it is a bit of a search, for example I did not realize at first that there are sliding hooks to attach the resistance bands to the bottom of the plate and placed them under the legs but this made a hell of a noise... What I don't often do is place the seat or the braces. I consciously choose a workout with or without a chair (I hardly use the stirrups). You can find a lot of instructional videos on YouTube for a regular workout. Exercises with the chair are hard to find. It is a pity that there are no sample exercises included. And then there is 1 other minus... everything is together but a bag to store the record and accessories would be neat.
In the beginning I trained on position 1, now after a month, I already dare to train on position 2 or 3, but beware, it really does work! After 10 minutes it is best to jump in the shower. It's a bit weird at first, those vibrations, but now I really like it (and the kids like it quite a bit too).
