Tunturi Cardio Fit V20

The Tunturi Cardio Fit V20 makes regular exercises heavier by means of vibrations and oscillating movements. The device has a vibration setting, an oscillation setting, and a setting which combines these two. With the vibration setting, the plate moves up and down quickly. And the oscillation setting provides a rocking movement. Standard exercises such as squats are heavier this way. This is because your muscles have to work harder to keep your body balanced. To make the workout even more intensive, you can use the included handles for extra resistance. And you can use the chair if you prefer to perform your exercises while sitting down. Use the remote to select one of the 30 intensity settings or select one of the 3 preset programs.
