Fat way beyond expectations

  • trackpad for iPad turns out to be very handy!
  • feels very solid and trackpad works very well too
  • also good to use while I'm hanging out on the couch
  • Price is, of course, very firm.
This is a product that exceeded my expectations. At least, I thought it was one of those typical overpriced Apple accessory. Butrrrr....... This Magic Keyboard is just really really good at what it's supposed to do and it feels damn tactile-swallow. Never thought that a "case" can make your iPad feel like new. (I first had the standard Apple flip case with keyboard). Moreover, I never thought that a trackpad in combination with an iPad would be a good addition. After all, your iPad has a touch screen (and mine also has a pencil). But I'm from before 2000 and then you still seem regularly attached to a laptop-like operation instead of a touchscreen. It almost makes my laptop obsolete, but not quite yet. In any case, I can now work much better with iPad, which strangely enough did not go well with my previous cover.

expensive for what you get

  • Some APPS don't support keyboard enough yet and sometimes give strange/difficult behavior
thinks it is quite expensive for what you get, apple is normally on the more expensive side but always manages to compensate with a super product, I have not had this experience with the magic keyboard

Turns your iPad into a laptop, great!

Well what you can expect from Apple. Very pricey, but what do you get in return. Fits perfectly around the iPad of course and also types very nicely. In addition, it is really a picture. After some comparison, I finally came across this one. It stays put and the viewing angle is actually quite fine. If you want to use the iPad as a 'laptop', I can definitely recommend this keyboard. And how nice is it to work with a mouse on an iPad, absolutely great!
