Yesterday I bought a new adapter for my Macbook Pro. This concerned the Apple 96W USB-C Power Adapter. When I took it out of the packaging, I immediately noticed that it is not an official Apple product. It is not neatly finished, the booklet is Chinese. Basically, it's just a huge difference from the adapter I got with my Macbook Pro. That is why I immediately returned the product.

I am very disappointed about this, because I normally always have a good experience at Coolblue, as I mentioned earlier. I hope they stop supplying these unofficial products in the future.
