With focus points over 100% of the screen, focus&recompose, which made my photos always just a little less sharp, is finally a thing of the past. The touch and drag function is surprisingly useful and intuitive. I have never been able to move a focus point so quickly. There is also just a joystick. But in many cases you don't even have to move the focus point yourself, because of the face tracking and eye AF. The camera finds the eye of both humans and animals, and continues to focus on it. I need a flash significantly less often and the images are very clean for such low light. The ergonomics are very nice, which I am used to from Canon, but even better. I find the control ring on the RF lens surprisingly useful for setting up a custom function yourself. The lens itself is very fast and I think the bokeh is nicer and more creamy than that of the EF 50mm. And the most important thing: the quality of the photos is very high. Despite the fact that this camera has fewer megapixels than my previous one (20MP vs 24MP), the photos are so much nicer, sharper, clearer, better colors, better dynamic range, everything.
