The accompanying app does not work in the Netherlands.

I just purchased this device and discovered that the app does not work on Dutch phones or tablets. I have not received any response from Moulinex customer service. A large part of the function of the device is thus lost. I'm very disappointed in Cool Blue for not making that clear. The device is returned.
