This way, works of art on the screen are clearly visible and all the different colors come out clearly. Thanks to the matte screen, I am not bothered by reflections on the screen. Overall, I'm pleased with the TV and I would buy it again, however Coolblue service is really not what I expected. The TV does not come with the actual frame, you have to order this directly from Samsung. However, in order for Samsung to give the additional frame for free, they need an invoice with the TV serial number. Which you would expect to be Coolblue's invoice, but, this is not the case! I contacted their customer support and while they were kind and offered a solution, I found the solution to be quite disruptive. They want me to unmount my TV and exchange it for a brand new one, just so that I can receive a new invoice. This is not a complaint on the people behind support but on Coolblue as a company, since they could improve their processes towards their customers. This is not the first issue I have with them so it seems, and it's the reason I'm mentioning it, so other buyers can know what to expect.

2nd chance TV in excellent condition fully met expectations
installation very simple except for 1 point (see negative point)
Took me a lot of time to activate live TV viewing. Afterwards, piece of cake

Connecting everything in terms of cables and installation took very little effort, just watching live TV was not possible. (Have fiber optic and connect the antenna (to watch live TV) via HDMI cable). But no image whatsoever, but all apps etc. were immediately there. Contacted Support from both Coolblue and cable provider. Both very friendly and helpful. But after 6 hours of tinkering on my part I discovered that I had to activate the HDMI port by clicking on it via "connected devices". Saved me almost 6 hours of tinkering. So this is a tip for other buyers. (After this I can also watch live TV via my provider's remote control). Another tip: if you want to turn off art, press and hold the off button on the remote control for a few seconds. Picture and sound are fine (I don't have a soundbar). Ultimately, I am very satisfied with the result.
