Drain hose AEG dryer

Ordered a washing machine and dryer from AEG for my grandson. It turns out that the AEG dryer is delivered without a drain hose. It would be better if this was clearly communicated on the website. You are reminded of an intermediate piece and a T-drain to be able to stack the appliances. During installation, the delivery person noticed that there was no hose included. Reordered a hose. Now my husband still has to lift the dryer off to attach the hose and put the dryer back in.
