With the Potensic ATOM 2 Expansion Kit + Remote Controller, you can have flying fun for longer. You receive 1 extra battery. That way, you can fly for 62 minutes in total with your drone. The ATOM 2 has a useful AI tracking function. In this mode, the drone recognizes subjects and flies after them. You can choose from 3 different modes: Spotlight, Follow, or Parallel. With Parallel, the drone flies next to you, for example. When you use Follow, it flies behind you. This way, you can record many different images. You can record stable footage when you have to fly far forward, thanks to the Cruise Control function. The drone flies forward itself, so you can fly at a constant speed. With the included remote and your smartphone, you can control the drone.
Law and legislationFrom 2021, new European drone legislation applies. This means that drone pilots must register themselves if they own a drone that weighs more than 250g or has a camera. You'll receive an operator registration number you need to attach to your drone, which should be clearly visible. This drone weighs less than 250g, so you don't need to complete a drone course. You do have to register the drone and request an operator registration number.
