The LG OLED EVO C54 has everything you need for a great viewing experience. The TV has a bright OLED EVO screen that reflects little light. This allows me to watch realistic images with deep black levels, even in our brightly lit test room. Thanks to the AI processor, I have access to smart features like AI Search. I like the C5's design. The stand, in particular, stands out and gives the TV a luxurious look.
OLED screen for brightly lit rooms
In my opinion, the LG C5 sets the new standard for OLED TVs. This is because of how little reflection I see. I watch detailed, high-contrast images in our test room. Blacks are truly black. The screen remains realistic when illuminated by different lights. The image looks colorful and only appears grayish from a very sharp viewing angle. For example, in a dark scene of a nature documentary, I can see exactly what's happening around the cheetah. I only find the image quality slightly lower when the sun shines directly on the screen. Therefore, the TV fits into almost any room.
Handy AI processor
The a9 AI Processor Gen8 has several smart features. The most noticeable are the Brightness Booster and the AI Chatbot. Thanks to the Brightness Booster, I always see clear images. This feature automatically adjusts the screen brightness. Whether I'm watching TV in a bright or dark room, the screen is never too dark or too bright. The built-in AI Chatbot answers all my questions. This way, I get quick answers to technical questions, like how to adjust the TV's contrast. This means I don't have to spend ages searching through the various menus for the settings.
Beautiful design
I find the C5 striking not only for its picture quality but also for its design. The TV has a thin screen yet feels sturdy. I can place the TV on the TV stand without any worries. The TV stand has a luxurious look and completes the picture. However, this stand consists of several parts, which makes assembly a bit more difficult.
