Note: this DDR4 SODIMM memory only fits in a laptop, not in a desktop or Mac. The motherboard needs a DDR4 connection. Check this in Windows Task Manager, click on More details, and go to the Performance tab. A DDR4 memory module doesn't work with a DDR3 or DDR5 motherboard.
