Powerful and fast styling
When I first used the Dyson Airwrap, I immediately noticed how powerful the airflow is. The Coanda technology automatically pulls my hair around the attachment, allowing me to create curls faster and keep them in place better. The powerful airflow also allows me to dry my hair faster with the hairdryer attachment. This saves time, especially on busy mornings. However, I found that mastering some techniques, especially styling, takes a little practice. But after a few tries, it became very easy.
Guidance in the app
A big plus for me is the connection to the app. I get tips and styling ideas via my phone, and I can see exactly how to use the accessories best. I set my hair profile in the app. Based on my profile, the Airwrap automatically selects the best settings for my hair. This makes the device easier to use, especially at first. I can also easily adjust the Airwrap's temperature and airflow using the app.
Handy Attachments
The Airwrap comes with several handy attachments. These attachments allow me to easily create different hairstyles. I can easily create curls and waves with the Airwrap attachments. I can add more volume with the curling brush. There's also a new attachment for straight hair, so I no longer need a separate flat iron. This attachment also reduces frizz. I also find it convenient that the Airwrap automatically sets the right temperature and airflow setting for each attachment. This means I don't have to think about it myself. I did notice that the attachments are mainly for straight and wavy hair. The Curly + Coily Airwrap is better for curly hair types.
