A Dyson user for over 10 years. Previous model DC15 and still works well.
But have now had the Dyson Cinetic Big ball Multi floor 2 for a few weeks now.
What a difference,
I design and design small in size but weight is about the same as my previous one
Suction power is phenomenal (tip: vacuum your mattress ;-) and you'll see what I mean)
Finish is as we can expect from Dyson, it is neat, strong and will last for years
How you turn or turn the sound of vacuuming is irritating, that is also the case with this model, although I must admit that it produces less DB! It is also nice if the vacuum cleaner falls over, it will automatically return to its upright position due to gravity!
Emptying the waste is super, you don't have to touch any waste, 1 press the button and the bin is detached from the vacuum cleaner, press the same button again and the valve opens so that the waste goes out. Perfect for words and handy.
To conclude, this product is worth its money : yes absolutely and would certainly not buy another brand I have been convinced for years that Dyson gives the suction power you want. Easy to maintain and no extra parts to replace or clean.
The handle is also longer than before, useful for smaller people and also less back strain
ps: Vacuum cleaner comes with 1 floor nozzle, 1 staircase nozzle and 1 combination accessory for cracks / crevices
to conclude with a few words : the vacuum cleaner you must have !
if I may give 1 negative point of criticism: the slot where you store the handle could be bigger and sturdier
