You can save 4 profiles on the scale, and then create a guest profile too. This way you can quickly do your meeting every day without having to set it up every time.
You remove the screen with the metal grip from the scale. You should extend your hands straight out in front of you while holding it. With this method, it not only measures the fat in your legs and poop, but also the abdomen and shoulders (the current starts at your hands and goes to your feet). This allows you to measure your entire body.
CAUTION: Improper posture (not stretching arms at a 90-degree angle to your body) may cause your results to fluctuate and therefore not be accurate.
TIP: systematically measure at the same time for good results. I measure myself every morning just after I get up and go to the toilet. The manual tells you when you should and shouldn't measure.
