With the Pierre Contact Grill PCG7000 Pro, I can quickly make 4 toasted sandwiches at a time with even, crispy results thanks to the automatic settings. The floating top plate and PFAS-free non-stick coating ensure a beautiful grill and are easy to use every day.
Ease of use and automatic settings
I easily operate the grill with the automatic settings. I choose the program that suits what I'm making, such as a toasted sandwich or a panini. The grill then sets the time and temperature automatically. This way, I don't have to think about the preparation. If I want more control, I choose a manual setting and adjust the temperature myself.
4 toasted sandwiches at a time
The grilling surface is large enough for 4 toasted sandwiches at a time. I can also easily prepare 4 pieces of meat. This is convenient when dining with several people. I place all the sandwiches side by side on the plate and then close the grill. This way, I can put a stack of toasted sandwiches on the table in one go and avoid waiting for the next batch. Unfortunately, the contact grill doesn't come with waffle plates. As a result, I can't make waffles for myself or guests.
Floating top plate for even results
The floating top plate moves with the thickness of my bread or panini. This way, the grill doesn't press too hard on thin toppings, but it does seal well with a thick sandwich or a filled wrap. The weight is evenly distributed across the surface. This results in equally crispy tops and bottoms, and I see a beautiful grill pattern.
PFAS-free non-stick coating and cleaning
The plates have a PFAS-free non-stick coating. No toxic substances are released when the plate heats up. In addition, I use very little oil or butter, and my bread doesn't stick. After use, I usually wipe the plates clean with a soft cloth. That's quick and suitable for everyday use.
Always cook meat perfectly
Thanks to the meat thermometer, I know exactly when my meat is done. Combined with the automatic settings, I can easily choose whether I want my steak rare, medium rare, or well done. When guests have different requests, I quickly measure the meat's temperature, so they can enjoy their steak just the way they like it.
Grease Drain
During grilling, grease drains into the grease tray. This reduces the amount of grease on the grill plates, resulting in less greasy food. I discard the grease and then thoroughly clean the tray. This keeps the contact grill clean and prevents grease residue from contaminating my food the next time I cook it.
