What are the benefits of induction cooking?
Cooking on induction has a number of advantages. For example, the cooktop itself doesn't get hot, which makes it a lot safer. An induction cooktop has a smooth surface. Thanks to this, it's easy to clean. You just wipe it off with a wet cloth after cooking. This is even easier when the cooking zone is still warm, because the water will evaporate automatically and you won't have to dry the cooktop.
