What's topi?
topi is our authorized lease payment partner that debits the lease payments. You lease your devices from Coolblue, but topi does the credit check and handles the payment process for us. So if you see the name and logo of topi on the contract, that's correct. The rest of the contact goes via Coolblue. We'll deliver your products for free at the moment you choose. During the leasing period, Coolblue is happy to help you with your questions, repairs, and warranty.
Operational lease for large companies
Do you have a company with over 50 employees and are you looking for a solution for your entire IT infrastructure? We're also happy to help. We can deliver your products ready for use via Mobile Device Management, which you can use to manage all your smartphones centrally. We also ensure protection with a case or screen protector. With an operational lease, you don't pay for the residual value of your products. This means your cost of ownership stays low. Interested? What happens after the lease period?
You can choose whether you want to return or purchase the product. You can also get a new contract for a new device.
What conditions do I have to meet to lease a smartphone?
You only need a Dutch Chamber or Commerce number and *topi* has to complete the credit check with a positive result. There are no other conditions. It doesn't matter how many devices you want to lease and there's no minimum amount.
How long is my warranty?
You get a standard 2-year manufacturer's warranty from Coolblue. Want more security? Get *topi Care* for all your business devices. That means your smartphones are also insured for unexpected damage, like a crack after a fall. Our account manager is happy to help.
How long does a lease contract request take?
Once you've approved the quote, *topi* only has to do the credit check. This only takes a few days. After that, we'll deliver your smartphones at a time that suits you. This can possibly be the next day.
How long does a lease contract run?
You can choose if you want a lease contract for 6, 12, 24, or 26 months. The longer the contract, the lower the monthly costs.
What's the value of my smartphones after the lease period?
This differs per model. Select the products and the desired contract length in your *topi* portal and view the residual value of your order.
