The biggest drawbacks I've experienced with this mouse are:

If you're a Touretter (like me) or something along those lines, this mouse is quite clunky associated with the middle mouse button (scroller) which seems to be very sensitive to (too) fast & repetitive clicks (probably because it doesn't well covered by the rest of the mouse). I've had this mouse for 3 days now and the scroller is already starting to wear out.
I can imagine that, with small hands, this mouse can be a bit clumsy as it is quite a large size mouse.
