The Siemens 4-burner induction cooktop EX875LYE3E has 4 flexible cooking zones. You can use pans of all shapes, because you're not bound by 4 fixed cooking zones, as long as they fit between the white lines. Depending on the size of the pan, the cooktop determines which zones are necessary, which means it'll heat up your stew uniformly. You can easily move pans to another spot on the cooktop. The temperature settings and any timer you had set will automatically move too. What if you're not really a top chef? You'll be able to cook up a delicious piece of meat anyway. Temperature control makes things easy for you, because it monitors the temperature and ensures it remains constant. You won't end up with a burnt steak. If you need to use the entire cooktop, select the quick-start function and all the cooking zones will switch on with a push of the button.
Note: the required 5-pin Perilex connector is not included. Make sure to order it separately. The connector has to be connected to the cooktop by an electrician, because the connector of each outlet is different.
You can select the Backup Plan below in your shopping cart. It will protect your brand new Freestanding cooktop against damage.
