The Siemens EX875LYE3E 4-burner induction cooktop has 2 flexible cooking zones. You can use pans of all shapes. That's because you're not bound by 4 fixed cooking zones, as long as they fit between the white lines. Depending on the size of the pan, the cooktop determines which zones are necessary. This means it heats up your stew evenly. You can easily move pans to another spot on the cooktop. The temperature settings and the timer you may have set automatically move too. Is cooking not your strong suit? You can still prepare delicious piece of meat anyway. Temperature control makes things easy for you, because it monitors the temperature and ensures it remains constant. So you won't end up with a burnt steak. If you need to use the entire cooktop, select the quick-start function and all the cooking zones turn on with a push of the button.
Note: the required 5-pin Perilex plug isn't included. Make sure to order it separately. The plug has to be connected to the cooktop by an electrician, because the connector of each outlet is different.
