5-year warranty if you buy 4 Siemens build-in appliances

If you purchase 4 Siemens built-in products, you'll receive and extra 3-year warranty on top of the standard 2-year manufacturer's warranty. This means that your products are insured against damage for 5 years total. Nice! Read here if you're eligible for the extra warranty and what you need to do to activate it.

When are you entitled to a 5-year warranty?

In addition to the 2-year warranty, you'll receive 3 years of extra warranty if you meet the following conditions by Siemens:

  • You buy 4 or more Siemens built-in appliances;
  • They are all different products. You don't receive extra warranty on 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers;
  • You buy the products in one go;
  • You request your warranty within 3 months after purchase.

How do you activate the 5-year warranty?

Did you purchase your built-in products and are they at your house? Go through the following 3 steps to request the warranty:

  1. Go to the Siemens website and fill in your personal information: https://www.siemens-home.bsh-group.com/nl/service/garantie/5-jaar-garantie-bij-4-apparaten

  2. Under supplier information, fill in the postal code '3012 CW' and choose dealer 'Coolblue'.

  3. Register your 4 appliances based on the type numbers (1), FD numbers (2), and serial numbers (3). This information corresponds to the type pictures on your built-in products.

Once approved by Siemens, you'll receive an email with the warranty certificate within a few weeks. Store the warranty certificate and the receipt in a safe place.
