A neat tablet, not a speed monster, but that's not what we were looking for - the much more expensive "Tab S" would be overkill for us as we use the tablet for browsing and video watching.
Nice big screen, four speakers.
When watching the video (landscape orientation) it appears that the volume buttons are at the top of the screen, and the volume + is to the left of the volume -. Not convenient.
At initial installation you have to enter the WiFi password manually. This is not possible with WPS, QRcode, file on SD card, or one of those other handy methods that have been used for a long time. A long/secure password is therefore discouraged.
For the first few days, you'll have to work your way through all sorts of Samsung attempts to get into their ecosystem (No thanks).
I am curious about Samsung's update policy (security/features/higher Android version). Time will tell.
