Steba SV75 20L
Buy the basic model without app (Steba SV75 20 L). The app is not functioning and is clearly not a top priority of Steba.

It looks and feels like a very solid device. Connecting to WiFi was not clearly described in the manual. To connect to WiFi, you have to hold down the WiFi button for about 4 seconds, after which you can continue connecting and the app works great.

Made a deer fillet on the Big Green Egg in the morning during Christmas dinner. In the evening, let the deer fillet cook sous-vide for another 2 hours at the familly until the correct core temperature. Ideal and stress-free serving. Everyone loved it!

According to our sous vide expert
The sous vide is suitable for use in pans and container with a 20L capacity.
You can easily attach the sous vide stick to the pan with the clamp.
Doesn't come with a vacuum device to vacuum bags with ingredients.
With the Steba SV75 20L, you can make a sous vide from any container or pan. This is useful, because this stick takes up less space than a sous vide pan. By cooking sous vide, you can slowly cook a piece of meat for a deliciously tender result. Use the clamp on the backside of the stick to clamp it to a pan or container. You can then set the right temperature accurately to half a degree and up to 90 °C via the touch buttons. After use, you can easily take the stick apart to clean it. Or put it in a pan with vinegar to cook it clean.
