After comparing with other monitors from LG, Asus and Acer, I decided to go for this one. When I received it, I was surprised by the solid build and weight of the foot. The finish of the bezel is also very nice and the screen is very sleek ... no weird frills, just rectangular with sharp edges. The mounting of the foot on the back is provided on 4 sides, i.e. all around, with RGB lighting that is adjustable in terms of behaviour, color and intensity. Breathing and changing every few minutes are among the possibilities. Never missed before, now I wouldn't want to miss it anymore. Very nice to have. Subtle, but noticeable. Too bad it doesn't work like Ambilight for example (where the RGB LED colors adapt to the displayed image) but you can't have everything.
The operation of the menus is intuitive with a small button and kind of mini joystick on the back. Adjustability is very good and calibration straight out of the box is quite good. Immediately noticed that with such a wide gamut monitor it is a bit more difficult to get a true-to-life color reproduction, because without adjusting or using color managed applications the colors are somewhat oversaturated. An sRGB mode would help with this, it is not included.
After a few days of work, I am very satisfied with this purchase. I can really recommend this screen!
Note! Keep in mind the correct connections, cables and video card if you want to use the native QHD resolution with a frequency higher than 60Hz (144Hz). Check the requirements in advance to avoid disappointment.
