The KitchenAid Classic Forged Aluminum Wok 28cm quickly heats up to the right temperature, thanks to the aluminum finish. The wok also has a non-stick coating. This way, you ingredients don't stick and you need less oil or butter. You can safely move the pan from the stove to the table with the plastic handle, which remains cool during cooking. The pan is suitable for all heat sources, including induction and in the oven up to 160°C. After use, you can easily clean the wok in the dishwasher. Want to make sure the pan lasts longer? Wash it by hand.
