With the WMF Steak Profi Serving Pan 28cm, you can switch from a very high to a lower temperature thanks to the Rapid Heat Control Technology. That way, you avoid overcooking your steak after searing it on high heat. The ultra flat bottom heats up fast and distributes the heat optimally over the surface. That allows you to prepare your meat and vegetables nice and crispy. Food won't stick to the bottom, thanks to the durable Duraquarz non-stick coating which is very scratch-resistant. Searing a delicious piece of meat is easy now. You can use the pan on all heat sources, including induction and use in the oven up to 250°C.
