Of course, the recipes must be followed exactly. The device does not make much noise. You can of course hear the movement of the dough and the motor, but the specified 60dBA is very exaggerated in practice, I personally think. You really can't hear it outside the kitchen. The average microwave makes more noise. Almost us, the device usually runs at night and apart from the delicious fresh bread smell in the early morning, you don't notice anything.

Making bread yourself is a tough job, you need time, space and a good oven. A machine like this makes that a lot easier. The only thing that doesn't change is that you have to weigh all the ingredients exactly beforehand.
