With the Wisberg WBWM1400A9WNB I can wash large loads of laundry energy-efficiently and quietly. Thanks to the many handy washing programs, my washing was extra hygienic and quick.
First impression
The first thing I notice about the washing machine is its sleek appearance. The silver dial and the silver logo on the detergent drawer stand out together with the black display. The black door also contrasts nicely with the white machine. The washing machine feels sturdy. The dial turns smoothly and the LED lights that appear next to the programs allow me to clearly see which program I am choosing. I adjust the program with the touch buttons. Here I choose the desired number of revolutions and at what temperature I want to wash. The detergent drawer does feel a little less sturdy when opened and wobbles a bit when pushed back.
Spacious drum for large loads
I am often busy during the week. That's why I don't have time to wash every day. That is no problem with this washing machine. With a filling weight of 9 kilograms, the drum is nice and spacious and I can handle large loads in one go. Handy, because it allows me to put my bedding and my daughter's bedding in the wash at the same time. I can also easily throw a week's worth of towels into the drum.
No itching from steam
My daughter has sensitive skin and is prone to itching. I therefore regularly use the 'Steam hygiene' program. The program then adds steam at the end of the washing program. This causes allergens, pollen and animal hairs to disappear. The washing machine has even more useful washing programs. When my daughter's clothes are dirty after playing outside, I run the short 45'/15' program. This allows you to wash a small load of laundry in 45 minutes.
Also quiet during centrifugation
I regularly do laundry in the evening. So I think it is important that the washing machine makes little noise. The machine is relatively quiet during washing and I am not bothered by noise. That's nice, because it allows me to turn a load of clothes without bothering my neighbors. I also don't hear the washing machine during the spin cycle, which means I can have a quiet meeting while a load of laundry is running.
Energy-efficient washing with energy class A
Even though I run many, large loads of laundry, I was energy efficient. The washing machine runs non-stop during the weekend. Yet I don't notice much of this in terms of energy costs. Thanks to energy class A, I have low energy consumption. Over the entire lifespan this amounts to € 220.
