Why we started looking for a Home Office Store
Recently, it has become clear that we'll continue to work from home even after Corona. HDI Global Specialty wants to facilitate its employees, so they can work from home in a healthy and comfortable way. This would make both the home and the office optimal. That's why we started looking for different parties that are able to organize this. Coolblue also came up. We had quite high expectations beforehand.
The introduction
We sent out a request to Coolblue and had an introductory meeting. During this meeting, some questions were already answered briefly. After this, we had a video meeting in which they showed a preview of the result. We saw how beautiful, smart, and personalized the Home Office Store from Coolblue could be. After this call, we mainly had contact via email.
The Home Office Store
Our Home Office Store looked very professional right away and we really liked the fact that a portal could be built just for us. The employees received the link with our company right away. In the end, about 67 employees of HDI Global Specialty received access to the Home Office Store.
Last December, all our employees received a new laptop, keyboard, phone, and mouse. This is why we chose desks, desk chairs, workstations, monitors, and WiFi extenders as the assortment for the Home Office Store. We're very happy. The store went live on 1 April and the next day we received photos from happy employees with their new home office.
The collaboration with Coolblue was very pleasant. If we had questions or comments, we got a quick response. We're happy with the result.
