We have enough possibilities, even for freelancers and small companies with a maximum of 5 employees. You can easily pay on credit and rent the newest smartphones for yourself and your employees. We don't recommend MDM for small companies, because it's not profitable.
Do you also help small businesses?
There are many possibilities for companies with up to 50 employees. MDM, with which you can manage all smartphones in your company centrally. Or do you want your own Coolblue Company Store? Employees can choose their own smartphones here.
What are the possibilities for SMEs?
You have the most business options as an SME with over 50 employees. From payment on credit and renting devices to implementing MDM. Everything is possible. Our account managers will assist you from start to finish.
What's the difference between Android and iOS?
iOS works seamlessy with other Apple operating systems, like macOS and iPadOS. Android has the same, but with Android devices. Android is an open operating system, which allows you to adjust the design of, for example, menus and icons to your own style.
What should I keep in mind when choosing a business smartphone?
One of the most important things you have to take into account is the operating system of the new smartphones. Do you work with Apple? That makes the iPhone the best choice. If this is Windows, Android devices from Samsung, for example, are more suitable.
Can you ask for the VAT back if you buy a refurbished iPhone with 21% VAT?
Yes. We sell many of our refurbished iPhone models with 21% VAT. You can reclaim this VAT from the Dutch Tax Administration as a business customer. This often gives you a financial benefit. In addition to VAT, we sell margin products without VAT. You can also purchase them as a business customer, but you can't reclaim the VAT.
