What's the difference between leasing and renting?
At Coolblue, you can rent a device for a fixed period. After this period, you have to return the device. After that, you can rent another device. Our rental partner Topi keeps ownership of the device. This means that you rent the device from Topi and Coolblue, which is called operational lease. In addition to operational lease, there's also financial lease. With financial lease, you pay the device in installments and have ownership of the device from the beginning. To keep this clear, we call operational lease renting at Coolblue.

How long can I rent an Apple product?
You can get a rent contract for 6, 12, 24, or 36 months. This depends on how much you want to pay per month.
What happens when the rental period expires?
When your rental period is over, you'll receive an offer for a contract with a new device. You'll hand in the old product, so you can always work with the latest Apple devices.
How long will the application take?
Applying for a rental contract takes a few days at most. We'll call you to discuss your application. You then receive a link to the topi portal. You can approve the quote there. topi will perform a credit check and your Apple product will be delivered for free.
How much warranty do I get?
You get a standard 2-year warranty from Coolblue. Want to extend that warranty? You can easily add topi Care for your business Apple devices. This also insures unforeseen damage, like if you spill coffee over your laptop.
What conditions do I have to meet to rent an Apple product?
You need a Dutch Chamber of Commerce number. Other than that, it doesn't matter how long your company exists or how many products you rent. There also isn't a minimum amount.
