Windows has given a lot of options when installing a new device. Of course, Samsung can't do much about that, but it is relevant since Windows is installed on the laptop when purchased. Apart from that, I'm actually only satisfied so far. The fingerprint scan works very well and, contrary to my expectations, I now use it every time and secretly miss it when I want to open my desktop PC. It doesn't make that much of a difference, but it's just "nice and easy". What I really regret is that there is no longer a standard Office license on a new device, but Samsung / Coolblue probably can't do much about that either.
The keyboard is completely fine for me. Tracking pad too. Glad the charger is USB-C. In addition, I didn't look for specific brands at all when looking for a new laptop, but I'm glad I ended up with Samsung - I've had Samsung Android phones for years and, apart from one time a factory error for which they immediately sent a new one, I've never had any complaints. I've only had the laptop for a week, but I'm confident that, just like with the phones, I won't have any problems with it.
