The ring to operate the menu broke after a year of use, now half a year later, the touchscreen regularly only works after pressing 15 times. In addition, the ring to operate the menu starts to fail again.

We have had this oven for about 3 weeks now. The old one had broken and we quickly looked for a new one. This was immediately available and reasonably priced. The device looks solid and nicely finished. The ring you use to operate turns quite heavily, I don't find it convenient. There is not really a shortcut to operate the microwave, you have to explicitly switch on the device first and then select the microwave function via the menu. The oven settings work very well and the oven heats up quickly. We find the microwave section very disappointing, it seems that the microwave hardly has any power.
