The oven gets hot quickly and the temperature seems to be higher when the temperature knob indicates, so in the beginning definitely keep an eye on it with an extra oven thermometer. It is also nice that the baking tray does not have to be on a grid. I am curious whether this oven continues to heat well after a longer period of time, the 2 other ovens did not rise above 120-150 degrees after a year and were therefore no longer usable.
