Great phone, but it doesn't connect to 4 or 5G

The phone works fine on WiFi, but outside WiFi it does not connect or connects very poorly to 4 or 5G. So I currently have no internet outside the home. I have the same problem with another SIM card, so it seems to be the phone itself.
