With the ETNA CM250MZ combi oven I bake several pizzas and sandwiches at the same time at different heights. Thanks to the microwave function, I can also easily heat up my leftovers and soup. However, this takes a little longer due to the power of 800 watts.
Sleek, modern oven
The first thing I notice about the combi oven is the black design. The control panel and handle are both matte black. This contrasts nicely with the black glass of the door, giving the oven a modern look. The display has no buttons, which makes it look sleek. The controls are self-explanatory. For example, I slide my finger over the slider in the middle and easily choose the different settings.
Useful automatic programs
I love cooking and baking, but I can honestly say that I am not a real kitchen princess. That's why it's nice that the oven gives me a helping hand with the 13 automatic programs. There are programs for fresh vegetables, apple pie and quiche, but also for frozen pizzas. I slide my pizza in, choose the right program and the oven does the rest. Handy, because it means my pizza comes out exactly the way I want it. Thanks to a capacity of 51 liters, I also have enough space for all my dishes.
Easily bake at multiple heights
Thanks to turbo hot air, I can also easily bake pizzas at multiple heights at the same time. Normally I switch places halfway through the baking time. This way, both bases become equally crispy. This is no longer necessary with this ETNA oven. The fan has its own heating element. This means that the air is equally hot everywhere in the oven. Handy, because this way the pizzas cook the same amount without changing height. Thanks to the 5 rack heights, I can also easily bake multiple sandwiches or bagels. This works out well when we have an extensive breakfast with the whole family at the weekend.
Reheat leftovers and ready-made meals
The combi oven does not have a turntable. That takes some getting used to, but it is actually very useful. Because the oven dish does not rotate now, I also place a large, rectangular dish on the supplied oven rack. This way I can easily heat up leftovers for the whole family. The combi oven has 5 microwave settings. This way I can easily choose what suits my meal best. Due to the power of 800 watts, it takes a little longer for my soup to warm up. Fortunately, this is only half a minute longer.
