You can only change your order if you haven't received a shipping confirmation yet. Contact our Customer Service to adjust the name or address of your order.

Yes, that's an option for __ large products__, such as washing machines, dryers, fridges, freezers, televisions, trampolines, and large fitness equipment. You can choose a 4-hour time slot when you order. When you place your order, you can see which time slots are available.

For all other products, you can choose evening delivery between 18:00 and 22:00.

Yes. Indicate that you want to pick up your package at a PostNL point when you place the order. Then, choose a PostNL point in your area. After paying for your order online, you can pick it up the following work day from 16:00. Your order will be ready for you until 14 days after the indicated pickup date.

You can't pick up unreleased pre-orders at a PostNL point. This also applies to large appliances like white goods or larger TVs. We'll notify you in your shopping cart, of course.

Wait a little longer. Your order will probably be delivered in several packages and one has been delayed at PostNL. You can check this at the bottom of your Track & Trace page on the PostNL website. There, you can see the status of all your packages.

Was part of your order delivered via CoolblueBezorgt or CoolblueFietst? Or are you missing part of your product? Please contact our customer service.

If you choose evening delivery, your package will be delivered by PostNL the next working day between 17:30 and 22:00. When placing your order, choose "Evening Delivery". Evening delivery costs € 0.99. Don't see it? Unfortunately, we don't offer it for your products.

We also deliver much larger products, such as a washing machine, in the evening, except on Sundays. When ordering your product, choose the paid evening time slot on the day that suits you best. We'll deliver your order between 17:00 and 22:00.

Yes. Our delivery drivers wear a face mask, keep a distance of 1.5 meters, and sign for delivery themselves. We also ask you to keep a distance of 1.5 meters when our delivery drivers deliver your order.

Small products
If you ordered a small package, the delivery driver will put the package in front of the door as soon as you open it.

Large products
We'll deliver your large products to just over the threshold of your home. We'll only take your old product with you when it's ready at the threshold.

Products with additional connection services
For some products, we offer additional connection services. Extra hygienic measures apply to ensure safe delivery. We'll explain this in videos:

We deliver products up to the threshold that gives access to your home. In an apartment complex we mean your own front door. If that's not on the ground floor, we'll deliver up to the 4th floor. If your building has an elevator, we can reach any floor.

We offer additional installation services for a number of white goods. For example, a connection service for washing machines and dryers and a build-in service for built-in dishwashers and fridges. You can add these services to your order on the page of your chosen product, if this service is available for that product.

If you order today before 23:59, your package will be delivered for free tomorrow. Even on Sundays. If you choose a different day, delivery is still free.

Yes. If you choose delivery, your package will be delivered to your home.

Check the following:

_1. The Track & Trace code of the package
You can find it in in My Coolblue or your shipping confirmation. Check if the time slot has changed using this link.

_2. The delivery address
Did you enter the correct delivery address? Make sure to check your postal code as well.

_3. Your mailbox
Did you receive a not-home notification? The package may have been delivered to your neighbors, or the delivery driver may have planned a new delivery moment.

Is this all correct? Please wait a little longer. Usually, a delayed package arrives the next day. Didn't receive your package 5 days after your original delivery day? Please contact our Customer Service.

We'll do everything we can to make our promise 'Ordered today, delivered tomorrow' happen. Due to the strict measures, the demand is larger than usual. This can delay some packages.

The delivery vans also fill up faster. As a result, it's not always possible to deliver your order tomorrow. When you place your order, you can see the available delivery times. Choose the one that suits you best.

Yes, if you order on working days and select Coolblue VandaagNog. If you order before 12:00, you'll receive your order between 18:00 and 23:00 that day. You'll have to pay € 4.99 for this service.

Coolblue VandaagNog® doesn't apply to the Wadden Islands and our largest products, such as washing machines and dryers. If delivery by appointment isn't available, you'll see a clear indication in your shopping cart.
