Product information

Description

You can expand your Eufy alarm with the Eufy Entry Sensor. You can place this sensor on a door or window, and you'll get an alarm signal if these open. You'll hear the alarm at home and you'll receive a notification on your smartphone. To use this extension, you have to connect it to a Eufy base station. The sensor works with a battery that lasts around 2 years.

Fittings absent if your door is not at the same level as the frame. For example, the transmitter and receiver cannot be at the same height.

I plan to provide multiple doors with these contacts. But first I started with my automatic gate. Unfortunately there are no fittings included, so I first have to make brackets myself to be able to install on my gate. Once the brackets are mounted, further installation was very easy. Including these contacts in the existing network is also fine. The response time between opening the gate and the notification on your app is quite fast: 1 to 5 seconds. Customization in the app also offers plenty of options.

I had first opted for a base module with two outdoor cameras. I mainly chose Eufy because you don't have to pay a subscription fee. Eufy also allows you to connect additional sensors in a very simple way. So the choice was quickly made to provide my windows and doors with these contacts.
