Attempt to inquire with the manufacturer is not possible, via the English site of Medion I get the message: "spare parts for this machine not available". Up to 4 times with lengthy calls to Coolblue customer service where I was spoken to patiently and with great expertise. But Coolblueu could not help me with the necessary cable either.
